At Ponix, we stand behind the quality of our indoor hydroponic systems and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The hydroponic system is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The system is in original condition, including all accessories, components, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to process refunds for:
- Systems that have been broken or modified.
- Items returned with missing components.
- Customized or special-order systems.
- Perishable items, such as live plants or grow media.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our support team at sales@ponixfarms.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to return your system.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your system arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you still need assistance, contact our support team.
